The BMF is an international organisation, active in over 100 countries worldwide. The fellowship is member based, with men from all walks of life, race, occupation and professions. Although our members come from all types of diverse backgrounds and experiences, they all have one thing in common. Each has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, which is central to who they are and how they live their life.

As men at work and in business, we know full well the pressures and realities of the workplace. However, as our world goes through continual upheaval, we each have one constant, a God who loves us and yearns to be intimately involved in our lives. The BMF is not a church and is not directly associated with any particular denomination. We are members of the Evangelical Alliance and our members are encouraged and equipped to be active in their own local church.The aim of the fellowship is to encourage men in the Christian faith and give others the opportunity to respond to the gospel. This is achieved by sharing the reality of God in our lives through personal testimony at dinner events, breakfast meetings, conferences, golf days, training events and every day encounters with the people we come in contact with.
