Purpose
Who, Why What?

The Business Men’s Fellowship is a men’s organisation founded by Christian businessmen in 1995. Its purpose is to express the love and power of God, working in and through men in everyday life.

Personal true life testimonies of men and their relationship with Jesus Christ are given at regularly scheduled breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings.

The stories relate to God’s love and desire to be a vital part of man’s life, both now and forever.

The Business Men’s Fellowship sponsors encouragement weekends where men are able to grow in faith and in their relationships with both Jesus Christ and their family.

They hold regional, national and international conventions where men speak of God’s personal involvement in their lives.

The Business Men’s Fellowship is a group of men who desire to serve God with their lives and are willing to help others to do the same. Our definition of a ‘Business Man’ is broad — any man who can make two ends meet.

Our Purpose
The purpose of the BMF is:
  • To present the reality of the Christian life to men.
  • To bring men into that reality through receiving Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.
  • By life and testimony to demonstrate that this is a dynamic life-changing experience.
  • To point out the way and the demands of the Christian life.
  • To underline that Jesus intervenes in every area of men’s lives so that the whole man is affected, men are changed and lives are both directed and equipped by the Holy Spirit.
  • To encourage men to be involved in Christian fellowship and part of a church.
  • To build unity among Christian believers

Action Plan
  • To witness the power and presence of God in the world today through the testimonies of laymen in the marketplace.
  • To provide a basis of Christian fellowship among all men everywhere through an organisation that is not directly associated with any specific church, but co-operating with all those of a like mind.
  • To inspire the members of the Fellowship to be active in their respective churches, to be a service to the Church of Jesus Christ.
